林國豐 Kuo-feng Lin

Mr. Kuo-feng Lin currently serves as SEVP & CTO of Chunghwa Telecom Co., Ltd. since November 2016. He previously served as the President and Vice President of Mobile Business Group from 2009 to 2016, and as the President of Taipei Branch, Mobile Business Group from 2006 to 2009. Mr. Lin graduated from the Taipei Institute of Technology and majored in Electronic Engineering.
After a lengthy career within the Mobile Business Group, he is now responsible for the formulation, strategy and promotion of Chunghwa Telecom’s corporate planning and network evolution. Chunghwa Telecom has always fulfilled the role of telecommunication innovation and leadership within Taiwan, and through his experience and strong leadership, Chunghwa Telecom was the first to launch a commercial LTE network in Taiwan on May 29, 2014, bringing Taiwan into a new generation of high speed mobile communications.

George Kuo

As APNIC's Services Director, George is in close contact with the regional Internet community. Taking control of APNIC's front-line contact with APNIC Members offering assistance and solutions to their Internet resource needs, provides George and his teams with a unique perspective on the community's concerns, issues and challenges.
As Services Director, George oversees both the APNIC Member Services Unit and Registration Services Unit. These Units provides essential services, assistance, and technical solutions to both APNIC Members and the broader Internet community. This includes serving as the ultimate resource for the APNIC Helpdesk; developing, maintaining, and improving APNIC's online Internet resources management tool, MyAPNIC; and implementing policy changes.
George joined APNIC in 2000 as an Internet Resource Analyst serving the Asia Pacific region including the economies of Japan, Singapore, China, Taiwan, and Hong Kong. Together with the APNIC Training team, he also conducted training courses in these and nearby regions.
Before joining APNIC, George provided system administration and network support for Zupps Group and worked in a supervisory role in the hospitality industry.

Hiroki Kawabata

Hiroki Kawabata joined Japan Network Information Center(JPNIC) in 2002. He is now the leader of JPNIC hostmaster team.

He has lead design and adoption of key services such as IPv4 transfer related services, JPNIC Internet Routing Registry (JPIRR) services and PKI authentication for Registry Management System (RMS).

During the last few years, I've been responsible for managing number resources in Japan, adding new services and promoting IPv6 deployment.

Sunny Yeung

Telstra

Sunny Yeung has been working with Telstra for more than 10 years in Wireless Mobile Engineering, and is now currently Architect NFVi Networking. He was responsible for the network planning, architecture, and deployment of Telstra's 3G and 4G Data Access networks, and is now responsible for the architecture of a common NFVi IP fabric for Telstra. Sunny's work has spanned diverse areas related to the Wireless Data Core including Networking Monitoring, Security, SDN, NFV, and over the last five years has overseen the design, trial and deployment of IPv6 in Telstra.

Edmon Chung is serving as the CEO for DotAsia Organisation and heads the secretariat for the Asia Pacific Regional Internet Governance Forum (APrIGF). Edmon serves also on the board of the Internet Governance Forum Support Association (IGFSA), and on the Executive Committee of Internet Society Hong Kong, which serves as the secretariat for the Asia Pacific Regional At-Large Organisation (APRALO) and participates extensively on Internet governance issues.
Since 2002, Edmon played a leadership role in the region-wide .Asia initiative. DotAsia is a not-for-profit organization with a mandate to promote Internet development and adoption in Asia. Since its launch in 2008, DotAsia has contributed significantly to a variety of community projects in Asia, including for example: Go.Asia, ISIF.Asia, NetMission.Asia, MaD.Asia and others.
Edmon is an inventor of patents underlying technologies for internationalized domain names (IDN) and email addresses on the Internet. Edmon has served on many global IDN related committees, including technical and policy groups, that made it possible for the introduction of multilingual domain names and email addresses on the Internet. Edmon won the Most Innovative Award in the Chinese Canadian Entrepreneurship Award in 2001. In 2000, Edmon was selected by The Globe and Mail as one of the Young Canadian Leaders. Between 2006 and 2010, Edmon served as an elected member on the ICANN GNSO Council. Between 2010 and 2012, Edmon served as an elected member on the ICANN At-Large Advisory Committee (ALAC) from the Asia Pacific Region. 嚴浩天 Tian-Hao Yan

畢業於成大化學系，在大三的時候成立了LIS線上教學平台－非營利組織，透過重新設計國中小的科學公益教材，將知識改編成一部部新奇有趣的影片與RPG式的課程，藉此吸引小朋友、提升他們的學習動機，最終讓孩子擁有像科學家一樣能看見問題、主動解決問題的能力。透過O2O的力量，讓LIS這套科學教材，協助更多孩子找回學習動機，也成為許多老師課堂教學的教材

Graduated from Chemistry Department of National Cheng Kung University, Yan built the not-for-profit online platform LIS during the third year of his studies. Transforming knowledge into interesting video clips and RPG style courses, science teaching materials for elementary and junior high school students have been redesigned in ways to attract students’ attention. Their motivation to learn has also increased. Like scientists, the students develop the capabilities to find problems and take the initiative to solve them. Science teaching materials on the LIS platform has helped inspire the students via O2O channel and become useful tools for many teachers.

1984-1989年於東吳大學法律學系就讀(LL.B.)，1991-2001年赴美進修，分別取得法學碩士(LL.M.)、法律博士(J.D.)及法學博士(S.J.D.)。1998-2001年任職於東森媒體科技集團擔任執行長特別助理及法務主管，負責外資談判及互聯網經營業務。2001年返回東吳大學專任，並擔任法律學系碩士在職專班科技法律組召集人至2016年7月，規劃東吳法律系相關科技法律課程及師資。2014年8月起兼任東吳大學電子計算機中心主任，負責全校網路安全及服務、知識產權與個人資料保護等業務。2008年協助創辦台灣科技產業法務經理人協會並擔任秘書長至今，建立台灣高科技產業法務長交流平台。2015年3月接任台灣醫事法學會理事長至今(第三屆、第四屆)，負責籌劃兩岸醫事法律相關研討交流活動。
專長研究領域為英美契約法、英美侵權行為法、數字信息與科技相關法律、國際商事行為。近期研究多與大數據、信息安全、互聯網與電子商務、消費者保護與個人資料保護相關法律有關。
Jimmy C. Yu studied at Soochow Law School for degree of LL.B from 1984 to 1989, and studied in the United States for his degrees of LL.M, J.D. and S.J.D. After graduation, he was the special Assistant to CEO and General Council at Eastern Multimedia Group from 1998 to 2001. In 2001, served as the Director of Professional LL.M. in Laws & Technologies at Soochow Law School until 2016. Also, he was the Director of Computing Center at Soochow University from 2014 to 2107 in charge of intellectual property protection, information security and personal data protection. Furthermore, he was also the Secretary General of Taiwan Technology Industry Legal Officers Association from 2008 to 2017 and the President of Taiwan Society of Health Law from 2015 to 2017.
His research areas are the Laws of Contracts & Torts, Information & Technology Laws, and International Business Transactions. Recently, he also focuses on the research of laws and regulations related to big data, information security, Internet and E-commerce, consumer protection, and personal data protection.

超愛看卡通的我，總覺得主角都用熱情在改變世界，就算被嘲笑，依然堅持信念。身為波特迷的我，覺得哈利波特一點都不厲害，但是卻有一種傻到不行的執念，就連喊出「去去武器走」的善良卻也帶著鋒芒。
走上傳播道路，看見資訊傳播迅速下衍生的利與弊，我覺得傳播就如同魔杖一般，可以讓「1後面出現很多個零，當他遇見公益，能讓好事影響好事，因此我希望用不同的資訊傳遞的媒介，說有溫度的故事，是我努力的夢想。

我們是一個4人青年團隊，用200萬創業金，以網路原住民運用互聯網思維，使用跨境電商發展的公司；一開始在阿里巴巴電商平台進行跨境電商獲得成功後，複製於其他平台，將產品使用跨境電商自台灣、大陸再推進東南亞區，從不同平台交叉營銷，至今線上電商業績仍保持100%的正成長，期盼用90年後的年輕活力創造更高的利潤和營收。
The Post-90’s and a Junior in the Startup Business.
After I graduated from Law Department of Ming Chuan University, I joined my brother to start our own business. The annual revenue of our business has been growing from NTD 1 to 100 million, which has been a legend in conventional industries.
We started our business with a team with only 4 youngsters worked our way to the top as a cross broader E-commerce by thinking from the perspective of Internet. At first, we started our business at Alibaba, and reached a great success. We duplicated the business model to other E-commerce platforms to sale products from Taiwan to China and Southeast Asia. We still maintain our revenue growth at 100%, and we will create higher profits and revenue with the energy of the Post 90’s.
