      You can register for the Summit by filling in the online registration form.
       All the registration should not be later than August 18, 2005.


       Registration Fees: (Reference Exchange Rate: NTD: USD = 35 : 1)

Tutorial Registration
     IPv6 Tutorial is organized by National Dong Hwa University and Cisco. If
     you are willing to participate in the tutorial from Aug. 21~23, 2005.

Method of Payment:
     Those who wish to attend the Tutorials and Symposium should submit
     the registration
     form online. The registration fee can be paid by ATM, credit card ,
     or to 7-11 convenient stores.

     * Bank Transfer:
          The registration system will provide the bank information. Please wire
          the registration fee accordingly within 7 days after your registration.
    
     * Credit Card:
          Master Card and Visa Card are accepted. If you pay by credit card,
          you will be  charged in NT dollars.

     * to 7-11 Convenient Stores:
          You can also choose to pay cash at 7-11 Convenient Stores around
          Taiwan at your convenience within 7 days after your registration.
          Please remember to obtain the receipt.

Confirmation
     Your registration will be confirmed by the secretariat after receipt of your
     payment and the confirmation letter will be sent to your email account.
     The confirmation letter must be presented at the registration desk upon
     arrival.

Cancellation and Refunds

     Cancellations should be made in writing to the Secretariat. Registration
     fee will be refunded if a written cancellation is made before August 15,
     2005. No refunds can be made for cancellations received after August
     15, 2005. All refund will be processed after the conference is over.
