Please kindly inform us in advance if you cannot make it (so that we
don't have to wait).
The conference will start at 2pm Japan time.

For your information, I have listed the local time of your country
(Please double check).
Japan, Korea - 2pm
Taiwan, Hong Kong, Singapore, Malaysia -1pm
Australia (East Coast)- 3pm
India - 10:30am
US - 1am, according to Jim :-)
