Thanks fo the agenda.

Just to let you know that in the last APRICOT EXCO phone meeting, it was
decided that all the program outline should be ready by November 20th.
So that the APRICOT2003 registration system can be opened on December
1st.
IPv6 Summit needs to comply with this schedule as well.
